Short Bios

WALTER H. SUTLIFF, III
Graduated from Lafayette College in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering. Began employment with The Bolton Pratt Co. in June of 1970 and serves as President of the Corporation. Is a member of Carpenter Contractors Assoc., Construction Industry Service Program (CISP) Trustee, and a trustee of The Cleveland Vicinity Carpenters Hospitalization Plan.

DAVID S. SMIK
Graduated from Arizona State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management. Began employment with The Bolton Pratt Co. in June of 1973 and serves as Vice President and Secretary of the Corporation. Is a member of the Associated General Contractors of America, Ohio Building Chapter, and Education Committee.

SCOTT C. ZANICK

Graduated as a Journeyman Carpenter from the Carpenter’s Apprenticeship School in 1995. Employed as a Carpenter Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager for local General Contractors from 1993 – 2001. Attended Ohio State University for Chemical Engineering and studied Computer Information Science at Cleveland State University. Mr. Zanick is experienced in implementation of computer technology for coordination, management and collaboration to aid in promoting successful / professionally administered construction projects. Employment with The Bolton Pratt Co. started in 2001. Current responsibilities include Project Management, Chairing Construction Management Teams, Competitive Estimation & Construction CIS Technologies.

BARBARA A. BENKOWSKI
Attended Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University for Accounting Management. Employed by Bruce B. Brauston, M.D./ Ophthalmology Physicians and Surgeons, Inc. from 1977 – 2005, LR Development Corp. 2005 - 2006. Employed at The Bolton Pratt Co. from 10/2006 – present. Handles all project accounting and bookkeeping. Mrs. Benkowski also serves as the company's Field Safety Coordinator.

ART Q. LINDROSE
Graduated as a Journeyman Carpenter from the Carpenter’s Apprenticeship School in 1987. Mr. Lindrose has been a Project Superintendent for The Bolton Pratt Company since 2001. Prior to that time, he was the General Field Superintendent for Choice Construction as well as many other very reputable General Contractors for over 16-years. Aggressive, imaginative and highly organized, he has quickly become one of Bolton Pratt's most qualified Project Superintendents. Mr. Lindrose was promoted to General Field Superintendent in 2008.
